The Jane Rider is available in 3 new colourways for 2012 as well as a special edition Classic (Chrome Chassis). Already succesful in 2011, for 2012 the Rider is expected to make even more gains in market share. The Jane Rider comes with a built in shock abosrber which can be altered depending on the childs weight providng a more comfortable ride and easier pushing experience. The 4 wheels provide greater stability when going up and down curbs as well as providing a tight turning circle which is essential when space is tight. The wheels are solid rubber and puncture proof and are designed to work really well on smooth surfaces such as pavements.
The Handle height is fully adjustable and when combined with the 'inverted C' base bar makes the Rider great to use even for the tallest of people. The inverted C bar connects the rear wheels and is part of the clever folding mechanism. The rear wheels actually retract underneath the chassis which reduces the fold by 30%. This makes the Jane Rider one of the most compact folding buggies on the market.
The Seat unit on the Rider is fully adjustable as you would expect from a premium stroller. it is both forward and parent facing and has 3 positions in both orientations. The seat unit comes with removable seat liner for easy washing and extra comfort and is slight higher than most traditional seat units. The Rider Seat being high means you are closer to your baby in parent facing mode which is great for your childs development. Studies have shown that if you and your baby are facing eachother you are twice as likely to talk together thus aiding your childs speach development. The height of the seat unit means it can be used as a highchair as it adapts perfectly to table height. Other benefits include keeping your baby out of harmful car fumes and pollution.
As with the rest of the Jane Buggy range, the Rider incorporates the patented Jane Pro-Fix system which allows you to connect Jane Car seats and Carrycots to the chassis with one hand and without the need for additional adapters. The Pro-Fix System is an integrated system that is so simple that with the press of a button your Jane Travel System is transformed.
