Phil and Teds Navigator

The Navigator is the latest edition to the Phil and Teds range of inline buggies and it sees some nice improvements from the outgoing Explorer Buggy. Phil and teds are the market leader for transporting 2 children in tandem ( one in front of the other) and are constantly evolving thier product offering to meet the needs of ever demanding parents. More and more we are seeing parents, who are expecting their first child, looking at travel systems that will not only see them through one child, but through two,  and often this means two children together. Phil and Teds has carved the market for this type of system over recent years with many manufacturers copying the inline concept.

What's New with thePhil and Teds Navigator?

There are a few improvements that really take the Navigator into a class of its own and these improvements really build on an already well established legacy exhibited by its predecessors, the Explorer and Sport.

One of the compromises of previous Phil and Teds strollers, was that in single mode, the seat unit was only forward facing. This is fine for older children, but for newborn babies, it is nice for parents to be able to have eye contact with their little ones. The overcome this, Phil and Teds have introduced 2 new products for your Navigator. The first is the Snug CarryCot and it is the perfect place for your Newborn Baby and offers all of the usual benefits associated with a CarryCot such as added protection from the elements along with a improved sleeping environment due to a proper mattress and moses basket like environment. The Phil and Teds Snug carrycot is ideal for sleep during the day and occasional overnight sleeping.

The Second addition to the Phil and Teds range to compliment the Navigator is the Face to Face seat unit. The Face to face seat unit is an optional extra that easily converts the Phil and Teds Navigator into a parent facing pushchair. The Seat unit comes with a 5 point safety harness and suitable for use with your child upto 9kg in weight. The Hood from the Navigaor can also be used on the Face to Face seat unit.

Other improvements on the Navigator include a new on hand operation for the recline for the double seat unit. The double kit also reclines further than in previous Phil and Teds Models. Protection from the sun is improved with the new Follow the Sun hood with integral sun visor.
