The Maxi-Cosi Opal is a group 0/1 infant car seat that grows with your child. The Maxi-Cosi is suitable from birth to apx 9months in rear facing mode and then up to apx 3 1/2 yrs in forward facing mode.

The Maxi-Cosi Opal is the ideal seat for parents who don't like the idea of using a traditional infant carrier. The Maxi-Cosi Opal remains fixed in the car.

With its ingenious design, the Maxi-Cosi Opal provides extra legroom and adjustability in height and width. This offers your baby the safety of rearward facing travel for a longer period of time. When the time is right, the Opal car seat turns to face forward, simply using the same belt routing as in the rearward facing position.
