I have been meaning to do this for a while and so here goes... I just wanted to thank you and your father in law for a fantastic service you provided when me and my husband came in to your store. You were both attentive and listened to what we wanted, and very accommodating.

It has been a fantastic experience to be able to go into a local shop and purchase what you want to see, at prices which have been more competitive than the internet. It's been great that I could just give you a call if I am not sure of the assembly of the product and you have been very kind and patient with me.

I just could not recommend your customer service enough, as this is something no one seems to bother with these days. Even if we had not bought anything from you, we would have still gone away thinking you all were really nice people.

So in short thank you very much for everything and it's been a pleasure. Please keep this up and I'm sure there will always be numerous people out there who will feel the same as we do. I will definitely be recommending your business to family and friends.

Hi, I would just like to thank you for our Britax B-Smart 3 which arrived today. After numerous problems with another company (with whom we placed an order for the same product at the very start of January and even last week were still in doubt as to whether they could get this product to us before April - after sitting on our money all this time, a trip required to their shop to collect another part of the order and near impossible communications each time taking approx 3 days to get a reply), it was great to talk with you last week and hear your position with the Britax suppliers. As we're due tomorrow (24th) we were thrilled that you were able to get a pram to us today. We look forward to receiving the raincover in due course, but have been very pleased with the service we've experienced with your company and will have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends.

I collected a Stokke Xplory pushchair, carrycot and accessories from your shop last Thursday, on my way home from Crufts. Just to let you know that we are extremely pleased with our purchase - everything appears to be really good quality and the design of the pushchair is excellent. We are also very happy to learn that there is a 3 year warranty on the product, something we weren't aware of. Wendy can't wait to use it when the baby arrives in May!

I see that you have already updated your website too - a great improvement, and I'm sure potential customers will be reassured in the knowledge that they are dealing with a proper "bricks and mortar" family business.
