The City Elite Single Stroller is the all action, all terrain stroller from Baby Jogger. Baby Jogger has become really successful in the UK with the Baby Jogger City Mini Range of strollers and the City Elite takes the range to another level. The City Elite was initially developed at the request of Baby Jogger customers who wanted a stroller that is a little more robust and that can handle more rugged terrain but still has the same unique features that make the City Mini a market leader. The Baby Jogger City Elite was born and is rapidly becoming the off road stroller of choice.
With 12 inch forever-air wheels, the Baby Jogger City Elite is the perfect partner for country strolls or walks in the park. The Plush Padded seat unit is forward facing and has a near flat recline with a ventilated retractable weather cover. New to the Baby Jogger City Elite is a raised kicker to provide extra leg support for younger children as well as front access to the shopping basket.
Other features include hand operated brake as seen on the Baby Jogger City Select, switch lock swivel lockable front wheel with suspension, multi-=position hood canopy and adjustable handle bar.
The Baby Jogger City Elite is suitable for newborn babies with the addition of the Baby Jogger Compact Carrycot and is also car seat compatible with the addition of adapters. Compatible car seats include the Maxi-Cosi CabrioFix and Maxi-Cosi Pebble.

I Love this pushchair, its by far the best pushchair purchase I have ever made and as a mum to 5 over the years I've owned a good few pushchairs.Overall
The pushchair is a dream to push, it doesn't feel at all heavy. The storage under at the back of seat and hidden parent unit is fantastic. No need to carry a changing bag as there is sufficient space to have all you need in the pushchair.
The straps are so easy to alter when the child grows, no fiddly passing straps through tight slots. The safety harness is also firm enough that a strong toddler couldn't undo it! But not so firm an adult struggles to.
I love the handle bar brake, no muddy shoes hitting all over the base of the pram trying to apply break and no sore toes trying to take break off!
The hood size is amazing, no need for extra sun canopies as the hood protects baby completely from the sun.
The fold system is by far the best I have come across. You can easily fold it with one hand and for a good size pushchair it folds amazingly small. The wheels come off allowing you to store it more compactly if space is an issue.
The chair size is so generous you could easily fit a 5 year old in it! Not that you would but illustrates just how roomy the pushchair is. The seat lies as good as flat and with the hood down it makes for a really cosy compartment for baby. The hood has lots of light panels if you want to keep an eye on baby!
Overall I have no complaints and would totally recommend this pushchair. Not only would I recommend the baby jogger elite but I would also recomment babybabyonline, for thier outstanding customer services. Well done baby jogger and babybabyonline, bravo! (Posted on 17/03/2012)
