The bugaboo donkey can easily – in three clicks - be converted from a full-sized mono pushahir  to a full-sized duo pushchair and back again. With flexible and multiple storage space, the bugaboo donkey is suitable for a first child, second child, both or twins. Even in full duo position, the Bugaboo Donkey is still very compact.

ITS ALL GOOD(S) WITH THE BUGABOO DONKEY

The greatly increased storage space - an expandable side luggage basket and underseat basket - allows parents to carry all the goods they may need while on the go. The Donkey derives its name from the simple fact that the animal, the Donkey, has been transporting humans and their cargo since records first started.

THE BUGABOO DONKEY IN A NUTSHELL.
It’s a mono-duo-twin pushchair expand and downsize in only three clicks. From a mono pushchair to a duo or twin pushchair and back again.  For parents who like to plan ahead the Bugaboo Donkey is the perfect buggy. In Mono mode, the Donkey is not much wider than a a standard pushchair, the Cameleon for example, this includes the luggage basket too!  In Duo or Twin mode, the Donkey is expanded, the luggage bin is removed and replaced with a second seat or Carrycot. The great thing is, as the Donkey expands the underseat  basket gets bigger too which gives you back some of the storage space lost by removing the luggage basket.

FLEXIBLE & MULTIPLE LUGGAGE OPTIONS
With the Bugaboo Donkey, shopping with kids has never been this easy. The stretchable side luggage basket (capacity 18-22 litres) can carry up to 5kg of goods. The stretchable underseat basket (capacity 28 Litres) can carry up to 10 kg of goods The Underseat Basket can be used in mono and in duo configuration because of the expandable design.

COMPATIBLE FOR ONE OR TWO CAR SEATS
With the addition of a Maxi-Cosi infant carrier (pebble or CabrioFix) whilst using the special Car seat adapters the Donkey can form a true 3 in 1 Travel system even for Twins. One or Two car seats can simply and easily be attached to the Donkey Chassis so you can be out and about in no time.

SIMPLE FOLD AND STORAGE

The one piece fold and self-standing capability of the Bugaboo Donkey makes folding and storage a piece of cake. It can be folded in one piece in mono or duo configuration with one or two seats in either direction, with one or two carrycots or one seat and one carrycot. Self-standing position is useful for quick & easy storage.  Overall it is the extremely versatile and flexible to meet all you needs.

ALL TERRAIN
The big wheels help you maneuver the Bugaboo Donkey over rough terrain or through the city streets. The 10” swivel wheels and 12” rear wheels make the pushchair suitable for multi-terrain use. The swivel wheels can be locked when going into rougher terrains. Air-filled tyres give a Smooth ride at every weight. The optimal tyre pressure depends on the weight of the push-Chair load (kids and goods) and on the driving surface. When strolling on hard and flat surfaces, bugaboo recommends: 0 to 10 kg: 1 bar; 10-30 kg: 1.5 bars; 30-50 kg: 2 bars.  On soft surfaces, like sand, you can slightly increase the tyre pressure. On bumpy, brick or stone surfaces, decrease it for the most comfortable ride.

TWO-WHEEL POSITION
Let the sand and snow adventures begin. Go from 4 wheels to 2 wheels in a second. This makes the pushchair easy to pull behind you in soft snow or sand. Possible in mono and duo configuration. Recommended use only with seat facing parent and in upright position.

REVERSIBLE SEAT(S)
For your kid’s every mood – looking at you or looking at the world. Frame can be unlocked from the chassis using just one hand, then the seat can be reversed
For the child to face its parents or the world.

ONE-HAND OPERATING
Only one hand is needed to release or recline the seat. Reclinable seat(s) sit up straight when awake, recline when relaxed, or lie flat when fast asleep. Facing the parent, 3 sitting positions are possible: fully reclined, semi-reclined and upright. Facing the world, 2 positions are possible: semi-reclined and upright.

FOOTBRAKE
The bugaboo donkey has a foot brake which secures both rear wheels at the same time when the brake pedal is pushed down. To move on, the brake can be released by pushing it up from underneath or by pressing down on the furthest part of the top side of the brake pedal.

IT’S A FLEXIBLE & MODULAR SYSTEM
The Donkey is suitable from infant to toddler, with one frame that forms the carrycot for the first 6 months  and transforms into a seat when the child is older. One or two seats or carrycots – everything is possible. The seat and carrycot can also be used independently from the chassis.
