When should I expect my delivery?
Before adding an item to your basket there will be an estimated delivery time on the product page. If the item you are wanting to purchase states “Next Working Day Delivery” you can rest assured, DPD are currently running at a 95% successful delivery rate. For all other items that are not available for next working day delivery, these timescales are not set in stone and are subject to change due to the ever-changing climate. If there are any delays you will be notified via email. We appreciate your patience regarding these circumstances.
Where is my order?
We are currently aiming to have your order delivered to you in the estimated time scale given upon ordering. With the current climate this can be delayed depending on the product you have ordered.
