Pricing and Availability
All prices include VAT. We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email to confirm we have received you order. This confirmation e-mail is a confirmation we have received your order and not a guarantee of stock availability.
Orders placed with a total value upto £75 will be subject to a delivery charge of £5. All orders over £75 will be deliviered free of charge.
. This does not apply to furniture which is subject to separate shipping costs.
The goods you order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm to the address you provide when placing your order.
Estimated delivery times as detailed on the product information are subject to change without prior notice. You will be informed of any changes in writing and have the right to cancel the order should you so wish.
Delivery for the following brands of furniture can take between 2-6 weeks from date of ordering; East Coast, Lollipop Lane or Izziwotnot. The respective company will contact you to organise a suitable delivery and assembly date (if assembly is required) Please note a deposit of 40% of the total value of the sale is non refundable on these orders if cancelled. We also reserve the right to charge a 40% re-stocking fee should the goods be returned.
We accept all major credit/debit cards for payment.
If your credit card is rejected by our online payment processing systems, please double-check that all the details you entered on the website were correct. Your name and address details must match the card-holder address details held by your card issuer. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card provider.
Cancelling Your Order
You can call Customer Services on 0121 744 6786 between the working hours of 10-5pm, Monday-Saturday to arrange for a cancellation. Recently placed orders can be cancelled provided we have not picked, packed or dispatched your items. If we have picked, packed or dispatched your items, then we will not be able to stop the delivery process. You may, of course, return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy, but we will not be able to refund the outward postage costs.
Exchange or refund of goods
Within 7 days following delivery of the goods you may choose to:-
Return the unused item(s) as exact in their original condition and packaging at your own cost complete with any related accessories or booklets to: Baby Baby UK Ltd, Rear of 187-189 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands, B90 3AU. No re-delivery can take place until we have received the returned goods from you. It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned to us (royal mail signed for or parcel force is recommended which gives proof of date of postage and delivery tracking information). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not in an acceptable condition, in that, the packaging and the goods there in are in the exact same condition as when they were delivered to you. When returning goods, please do not apply coloured tape over the packaging and only use clear tape. Where possible please package the goods up to protect them in transit back to us.
The following Furniture brands are non returnable or refundable items: Boori, BabyStyle, Mamas and Papas unless damaged which must be addressed in writing with photographic evidence. Cancelations on the above furniture goods will result in a 40% restocking fee. This fee is what our suppliers charge for order cancellation after the goods have been picked, Packed or Shipped.
Without prejudice no refund or exchange will be given for:-self assembly furniture once fully or partially assembled, curtains and bedding once removed from packaging. We advise measurements are taken of furniture/windows.
Return of Damaged goods
Any faulty items must be returned to us via obtaining a valid RMA number from email@example.com. If the item is under one month old we will arrange for the collection, the item being returned must be well packed in the original packaging, (we strongly advise all original packaging is kept for upto 6 months). Items not securely packaged or boxed will under no circumstances be accepted. Once the goods have been inspected by the respective manufacturer we will arrange for the repair or replacement, we beleive the decision lies with with the manufacturer and will abide by the decision of the respective manufacturer. If the fault is not found to be due to normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of repair and the shipping charges. If upon inspection we are told by the respective manufacturer goods are not faulty or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or charge a restocking fee of upto 40%.
Under the distance selling regulations set by the OFT we will refund within 30 days any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for goods. We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of upto 40% and any other costs we incure in connection with the return of the goods.
Baby Baby UK Ltd offers a minimum 12 month warranty on all pushchairs, some brands offer a longer warranty period and these include Britax, Bugaboo and iCandy. The warranty commences from the day of delivery and we advise all original packaging is kept.
Baby Baby UK Ltd strongly advise a full demonstration of all products. We cannot be held responsible for any damages as a result of incorrect assembly or mis-handling the product during assembly. Any replacement parts/components required as a result of this will be chargeable as advised by the respective supplier.
For any faulty items, we will, where possible try and remedy the issue as quickly as possible with the least amount of disruption to our customers. In most cases, we try to diagnose the problem over the phone with the help of email photo's. From here we can often get the manufacturer to approve a repair/replacement and subsequently offer a solution which will mean the minimum amount of time without your product. We often operate on drop and pickup schedule so you are not left without your buggy for example. We know, as new parents ourselves, how important your buggy is and we try to make resolving any issues as stressless as possible.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions. Except as specifically stated on this Web site, to the fullest extent permitted at law, neither www.usc.co.uk nor any of its agents, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with use of this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
