Manufacturing Faults - Within 30 Days
If you wish to return your product(s) within 30 days of delivery or collection, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Please note this can only be processed after verification by the manufacturer at their service centre.
We cannot process refunds until the product has been verified at the manufacturers service centre.
Manufacturing Faults - 31 Days - 6 Months
If your product develops a manufacturing fault within 31 days - 6 months of delivery or collection, we will repair the product, if a repair is not possible we will replace the product with an identical product or an alternative to the same value, if a replacement is not possible we will then issue a refund for the faulty product.
Please note the products cannot automatically qualify for a refund it will need to be in the process explained above that's supported by the manufacturer and honoured by their service team after verifying the fault.

Manufacturing Faults - Over 6 Months
If your product develops a manufacturing fault after 6 months of delivery or collection, we will advise on the product warranty period supported by the manufacturer as this various across brands and products. If the product is within it's warranty period we will repair the product, if a repair is not possible we will replace the product with an identical product or an alternative to the same value, if a replacement is not possible we will then issue a refund for the faulty product.
