Welcome to the babybabyonline.co.uk website terms and conditions for use.

The terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by entering this site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms of business stated here. Prior to placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our Customer Service team by email on info@babybabyonline.co.uk, or call us on 0800 1 223 023 Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm.

By accessing this site and placing an order online, you agree to:

(i) Provide the necessary personal data as a customer, which is accurate and complete;

(ii) Notify us of all information which needs to be updated as as soon as possible;

(iii) Not provide unauthorised personal information or to impersonate any other person and/or entity. 

Products, Orders, Cancellations & Returns

Product Information & Availability

We make all efforts to display all of our listed products with imagery and descriptions, which are as accurate as possible and routinely checked and verified with all of our suppliers.

All products purchased on our website carry a minimum warranty of 12 months, but can be longer depending on the brand. Warranty does not cover deliberate damage or neglect of the product. 

We take every step to ensure our website is fully up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out very quickly, meaning we have no stock left. When this happens, we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in stock. 

Order Completion

Orders placed online are an offer to purchase made by you and may be accepted by us, which is subject to customers complying with the terms and conditions detailed. Whilst we endeavour to process all orders, orders may be exempt from fulfillment for at least one of the following:

  • Product is unavailable, out of stock, or discontinued by the manufacturer
  • Product is advertised in error, with an incorrect price or description 
  • Your payment is flagged on our system as failed or unauthorised

Our server will automatically forward an email confirmation on orders which include the correct and accurate information and have been processed successfully. Should you not receive this email confirmation, you accept responsibility to contact our customer service team promptly to obtain order confirmation and receipt. Failure to do so may result in delays in order fulfillment, which we are unable to be held liable for. 

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you are entitled to cancellation rights when you purchase online or by phone, under the condition that the order is cancelled no longer than 14 days after placing your order.  You can cancel by email, telephone or in writing, including your name, email address and order reference.

Returns

If your purchase doesn't fit your requirements, you have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Unused items must be returned in their original condition and packaging with any related accessories or booklets.

We reserve the right to make deductions from refund total where item value is lessened by loss as a result of unnecessary handling by yourself. In such instances, our team will communicate this to you clearly prior to processing the refund. 

We aim to action all returns within 5 days of receiving the goods to our showroom or warehouse, however it is typically faster than this. 

If your order is purchased and or collected in-store, returns are to be arranged to the store address BabyBabyOnline, Rear of 187-189 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3AU. 

If your order is purchased from our website, returns are to be arranged to our warehouse BabyBabyOnline, 190 High St, Aston, Birmingham, B6 4XA.

Please note car seats are non-refunadable

Payment & Security

Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of 20% VAT (where applicable). All prices at their current rates are correct at the time of listing. However, if a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to (a) typographical error or (b) supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order. In this instance, we will update you on your order status and provide a full refund, if required. 

For the majority of our products which are dispatched directly from our warehouse, the delivery fee is included in the order total at the payment page. However, for significantly larger goods such as furniture, they will be delivered directly to you from the manufacturer/suppliers, which may incur an additional charge at any point between order confirmation and despatch. We will notify you as soon as possible on such occasions.  

We accept online payment by Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard & Maestro), PayPal or BACs.

Our website is secured using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate, which ensures that your payment and personal information is encrypted for maximum security, and we take all measures to update our servers to comply with privacy regulations and consumer legislation.
