  • When will my order be delivered?

    Next Day Delivery - Items marked as 'Next Day Delivery' will be delivered the following day, between 8am-6pm, if ordered before 14:45pm.

    Standard Delivery - We aim to deliver all other items within 5-7 working days.

    Pre-Order Delivery - Any items that are being pre-ordered will have an estimated delivery date on the product page.

  • Will I be provided with a delivery time slot?

    We advise customers to provide us with a mobile number when placing an order which will be used by our courier to send you an SMS message on the morning of delivery estimating a 1-hour window for your delivery. 

    Please note deliveries are between 8am to 6pm and the hour slot cannot be chosen.

  • Am I able to collect my order?

    Our Collect In-Store Service is available on all items from our Shirley Showroom. Once payment has been confirmed, please call the sales team on 0800 1223 023 to confirm your collection date. 

  • Do you provide in-store consultations?

    We understand that is it difficult to decide on your purchase just from an image. To help you, we do offer in-store consultations at our Shirley Showroom.

  • Do you offer a price match service?

    We can price match if you find an identical item for less with another UK retailer. Terms and conditions apply. To enquire about our price matching service, please email 

  • Can I pay for my order in instalments?

    We now have a fantastic FlexiPay system for customers who would like to spread out their payments. Please find a link below outlining how this service can be requested.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    Payments can be made online using all major credit and debit cards, PayPal or by using our FlexiPay system for payment plans.

    Additionally, if you are visiting us in store, payments can be made by cash.

  • How do I cancel my order?

    If you require for your order to be cancelled, please contact a member of our Sales Team at the earliest opportunity, either via telephone or email. 

    Please note, we are unable to cancel any orders that have already been dispatched.

  • How do I place my order?

    Orders can be placed online or with one of our advisers at our Shirley Showroom.

    We are currently unable to process orders over the telephone.

  • Why have I not received confirmation of my order?

    Our confirmation emails are automatically generated as soon as an order has been placed. We kindly ask our customers to check their spam/junk folders also.

    If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our Sales Team.

  • How do I submit a quote?

    Should you have your eye on a range of products and accessories which are not currently included in one of our bundles, you can simply forward a quote to our Sales Team.

    Add your favourite and requested items to our quote builder and click submit for a personalised quotation. We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours.
