Can prices be matched?
We're continuously striving to offer the best deals to our customers. For this reason, we will make every effort to match the price of a qualifying item, if you can find the identical item for less at select UK retailers. Price match requests can only be considered to newly listed, individual products which should be the identical make, model, size and colour. Prices must be publicly available to all customers and should be displayed in competitor's or on their website. This applies across all branded items for sale in store, catalogues and online (including eBay store 'Buy It Now' listings).
Are bundle product offers included?
Price matches which include discount codes, or items sold as part of a bundle will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Products included in the competitor's bundle should be identical to products we sell, including any free items. We are unable to consider prices which are only available to certain customers, such as negotiated prices or member only prices such as account holders, reward card or club members. Items sold as part of a multi-deal are matched to their individual price.
Are there any exclusions from Price Match?
Whilst we will endeavor to match all prices, the following products cannot be considered for this service:
We can only match price-based promotions at the point of purchase, and cannot apply offers, discounts or price matches retrospectively. Offers and discounts may not be used in conjunction with our price matching service. Our offer to price match can be withdrawn at any time upon the discretion of management. Price Match will not apply to products which will result in a loss to BabyBabyOnline.
