Unwanted Returns

Which is £15.00 per parcel and per attempt. This provides a reliable and fully insured service. To arrange a collection, please use the DPD collection form below. Once your collection has been booked, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team.

Supplier Requested Returns & Repairs

Which is Free of charge for the first collection attempt and £15 per parcel. This provides a reliable and fully insured service. To arrange a collection, please use the DPD collection form below. Once your collection has been booked, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service Team.

We strongly advise that all customers are available at the property for the time and date selected.  If the courier is unable to collect your item(s), you will be charged for the failed attempt and again for a second attempt.

Alternatively, you can return the items back to our warehouse in person or if you would prefer to arrange your own courier, item(s) must be returned by a Signed service via a registered courier or Royal Mail using an insured service. 

Please note: We will NOT be held responsible for items returned back to us via contactless deliveries by couriers such as Hermes.  All services used must be delivered and signed for in person back at our warehouse.  Images of parcels left outside the building is not a form of acceptable delivery.

After your return has been checked by our warehouse returns team we will update you by email. 

If a refund is due it will be processed back onto the original payment method by our accounts team that was used at the time of purchase.

Packaging Your Item(s):

·         The item(s) need to be packaged securely in their original boxes and must be in re-sellable condition, with all original tags.

·         All items received in bags must be sent back in bags.

·         Please only use clear tape to package your item(s).  No other coloured tape must be used.

·         Any additional information you may need to include must be written on a separate piece of paper, which you will need to attach to the box.  The packaging must not have any writing directly on it.
